As mortgage brokers, we are able to do all the work for you in shopping the market for the best possible financing. We charge no more, and often less, than banks or direct lenders but offer considerably more.
The business of real estate lending has become extremely complicated and we find that a number of our clients are misinformed through advertising and nonprofessional advisors. In an attempt to give you an overview of this business let us offer this primer.
Your two primary responsibilities are to gather the documentation we'll need to support the statements in your application and to decide which type of financing you want to pursue. I hope this primer with help you to understand this process better.
