To get started on the Loan Process right away, you must fill out a Loan Application. There will be a number of questions asked that you may not know how to answer. We can go over any and all questions you have or things left unidentified once we see your application.

Please do not worry about making the application "look" good. Treat it like a worksheet because we will load all the relevant information into our computer program and ask you to sign the computer generated application instead of the worksheet.

1. Click to download the Loan Application. (Loan application should be printed on legal size paper, which is 8.5" by 14". However, it is o.k. to shrink to fit to letter size paper, which is 8.5" by 11". When ready to print, your printer will offer you box to check that is marked "fit to page". Choose that box if you want to use letter sized paper. Please take care not to truncate the image if using letter size paper).

2. Fill out and sign the Application.
    
3. Click to download the Document List. Please print the document list and make sure you have attached all the necessary documents with your application.
